That’s why before we start working with any prospective new client we like to get a feel for the specifics of their business. We ask lots of questions up front. We’ll ask you to send us some detailed information about your business - sales, purchasing and inventory reports that you can get from your POS, and your financial statements. (Of course we keep everything confidential, and we're happy to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement before you send us a thing).

• Every business is different, so we need to make sure we have a proper handle on your numbers.
• We pour over these reports to better understand what has been happening in your business. Then, we look for pockets of opportunity – to increase margins, raise sales, lower inventory levels, and improve turns.
• We examine your cost structure and compare it with others in your industry.

When we're done, we'll meet with you and share our strategies for improvement.

We want to make sure that we are a good fit - that we can provide you with not only improved performance, but more cash in your pocket, and a satisfactory return on your business investment.
