I met a boutique owner over lunch at a tradeshow who shared how much Focus Retail had impacted her business. After speaking with Gord, along with another store owner who gave high recommendations, I decided to work with them. It has been a great decision.

My biggest struggle had been over-buying. Through their monthly analysis of the numbers on the plans I have been able to stay at better inventory levels. That includes not being too overbought, and also having enough product in a class to keep driving the sales. They also provide product tips and suggestions on developing marketing plans to help grow the business.  Gord is always friendly and available to answer questions, even on a Sunday.

Within a year of working with Focus Retail, my cash flow has improved. I was able to pay off the balance of the store loans and launch an updated ecommerce store website. For 2014, the store saw a 11% sales increase in addition to profit increase over last year. And for me, my boutique reached a personal sales goal that I've worked 10 years to achieve.
